Abel Korinsky

Abel Korinsky holds a master degree in sound art from the university of arts Berlin. Together with his twin brother he is founder of studio Korinsky. Abel Korinsky comes from a strong fine art and also sound art background and during his work, he has specialized in media art to widen their artistic horizon. The main interest are the atmospheric and fluid imaginary worlds and the play with the audience’s perception. Every work is defined by its claim of aesthetic sense. The focus is on perception of space trough sound. Therefor Abel Korinsky uses different equipment,& new technology to to experiment with the human perception of sound. Studio Korinsky developed large scale installations in public space and presented audiovisual art internationally. Studio Korinsky presented their works at Ars Electronica Linz, Melbourne Biennial, Grace Cathedral San Francisco, Art Museum Dnipro, Kestnergesellschaft Hanover, and Cathedral of Berlin.
